Battery Life and Temperature of the PYRO "Reactors"?

Low: 6-6.5 Hours (100-113° F)

Medium: 3-3.5 Hours (121-131° F)

High: 2-2.5 Hours (140-150° F)

 

What is the return policy?

If an item is defected or damaged when received, then the item is eligible for full refund or replacement once the damaged item is shipped back to PYRO.

If a customer is not satisfied with the product, we have a 7-day return policy, where a customer can return the item within 7 days and receive full refund if the item is not damaged.

 

How do I wash my PYRO "Reactors"?

We strongly recommend that you hand wash your PYRO gloves with the battery completely removed.
